Shipping Policies
Standard Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days: We attempt to ship all orders within 1 business day, but depending on volume, we sometimes ship orders in 3 business days.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. So, if you placed your order on Thursday, we usually will ship on Friday, but occasionally will not be able to ship out your order until Monday. This processing time does not include transit time which varies based on the shipping method you choose. View transit times from UPS and USPS below.
Dropship Processing Time: All paddles and most other items on our site are shipped directly from our facility in Hayden, Idaho. However, some items are shipped directly from our supplier. These items usually have additional handling time. Any drop-ship items will have additional shipping info on the product page.
Free Shipping Details
Free shipping will go either UPS ground, USPS First Class or USPS Priority. USPS First Class will deliver within 10 days, USPS Priority will generally deliver within 7 days - often less, but delivery times are not guaranteed. UPS ground can take 5 - 10 business days in the contiguous 48 states.

Expedited Shipping Policy
To give customers the best experience that is tailored to their individual needs, we offer expedited shipping from multiple carriers. These expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided based on information provided to us by each carrier. picklepowerhouse is unable to guarantee these shipping estimates, as we are unable to affect the length of time a carrier takes to deliver your item. Since the pandemic, most services provided by these carriers are no longer guaranteed as delays have become quite common. This means we have no recourse and are unable to request a refund from the carrier based on an item being late. As a result, we are unable to honor requests for refunds on shipping charges based on an order not arriving within the estimated time. We recognize the disappointment created by a shipment being late due to a carrier delay.
