When you complete an order online, the order number will be displayed. We will also email you an order confirmation a few minutes after you complete your order. This email will contain the order number for your reference and confirmation of the products you have ordered. Please note that you will receive a second email from us once the item has shipped from our fulfillment center. The second email will contain your tracking number and will be sent as soon as it is shipped.
When we dispatch the package, you will receive an email with your required tracking number. You can check the logistics status at any time by entering your tracking number through the inquiry page of our website. Yes, you can cancel an order, for any reason, within thirty minutes of placing it. If an order has already shipped, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must still have the wrapper on and be in original unused condition. For more on returns, see Return Policy.
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service at no additional charge. Estimated delivery for APO/FPO packages is 2-6 weeks.
Yes, the picklepowerhouse will be priced in line with the competitor's list price.
To do this, we verified some information. If you see less expensive paddles elsewhere, here's what we need:
We must verify that the website you want to price match is legitimate and an authorized reseller of the products they sell.
We must verify that the competitor has the same size and product in stock and ready to ship. If the same size and product is out of stock on a competitor's site, we cannot match their price.
We must check to see if competitors charge sales tax and/or shipping as these are added to the final price of the product.
